Awaken Your Spirit Weekend

Long Weekend of Yoga & Spiritual Discovery

Sharing what comes through, with warmth and care…

About me

An evidential spiritual medium based in Brighton, offering readings at the Sun Clinic & online, rooted in honesty, warmth, and respect for soul connections.

Before I had words for it, I was already sensing another world.
Until I was about five, I had a very dear friend named Casper — inspired, of course, by Casper the Friendly Ghost. Unlike many children, I didn’t blame him for things or use him as an excuse; he was simply my best friend. My mom watched me chat happily with him and would sometimes be asked to say hello. We played dolls, had tea parties, and occasionally he joined us at the dinner table. Naturally, I asked my mom to set a place for him — no food, though.
At some point, Casper simply went away. I don’t remember when or why. Looking back now, I see it not as strange or dramatic, but as a quiet and natural beginning. That early connection shaped the way I perceive, feel, and trust what exists beyond what we can see.

As I grew older, the experiences didn’t disappear — but I often felt unsure and frightened by them. I would sense or see things I couldn’t explain, and I believed it was all just my imagination. Like many children, I searched for ways to feel safe and grounded.
Over time, I realized that the fear wasn’t caused by the experiences themselves, but by not understanding them.
Many years later, I met a woman whose kindness and openness changed everything. When I shared my experiences with her, she understood immediately. Through her, I discovered Arthur Findlay College — a place dedicated to learning, understanding, and exploring the very things I had long avoided out of fear.
I wasn’t seeking anything dramatic or mystical; I was seeking understanding. The journey was challenging and emotional, but also deeply transformative. What once felt overwhelming began to make sense, fear gave way to trust, and I haven’t looked back since.

Clarity brought with it a natural next step: learning how to work responsibly with what I experience.
I have trained in mediumship both in person and online, attending courses at Arthur Findlay College and studying with the Spiritualists’ National Union International (SNUi). Alongside formal training, I regularly take part in small group work — supportive, respectful spaces where skills are practiced, questioned, and refined.
Being grounded, ethical, and respectful is not something I learned in a classroom; it comes from who I am. My training and ongoing practice help ensure that what I offer is honest, clear, and never based on guessing, allowing me to work with care, integrity, and confidence.

What to expect

A reading is a soul-to-soul connection that may include communication with loved ones who have passed, offering insight, comfort, and gentle guidance.

During a reading, the responsibility rests entirely with me. My role is to share what comes through — memories, details, or glimpses of the personality of your loved one. Your role is simple: a yes, no, or I don’t know is all that is needed. There is no pressure to remember everything, or to make sense of it immediately. Your comfort always comes first, and each session unfolds at a pace that feels right for you.

No two readings are the same. Sometimes images appear as shared memories, sometimes as symbols that reflect the essence of the person in spirit. There may be laughter, tears, or a gentle mixture of both. While you can ask for a specific loved one, those in spirit choose how and when they come forward. If someone comes through and you do not wish to connect, we simply acknowledge them and move on. A reading is never meant to be frightening — it is always rooted in respect, warmth, and compassion.

A reading is a moment of connection that unfolds in its own way, shaped by both the spirit world and the person receiving it. No two experiences are ever the same.
For some, there is deep emotion — recognition, love, or the sense of being seen and understood in a way that can feel profoundly moving. For others, the experience is quieter and more reflective, with gentle messages or reassurance. Sometimes it brings tears, sometimes calm, and sometimes a quiet sense of meaning that is felt more than spoken.
What is shared cannot be controlled or directed, and each reading reflects what is possible in that moment.
A reading is not about prediction or performance, but about connection — and the way that connection can bring comfort, understanding, or the sense of being gently met where you are.
At its heart, a reading is about love — the love that remains, flowing from spirit, through me, and to you.

Questions About Readings

A mediumship reading is a quiet, focused space where I share what I perceive from the spirit world. This may include recognition from loved ones who have passed, along with messages that bring understanding or gentle insight.

You are welcome to ask, and I will always do my best. However, those in spirit choose how and when they come forward, and I simply share what I receive.

No preparation is needed. Most people simply come as they are.

Yes. Readings are available both online and in person at the Sun Clinic in Brighton.

No. My work is not about predicting the future or giving fixed outcomes. It is about communication and understanding between the physical and spirit world.

On rare occasions, the connection may feel quieter or less detailed than usual. If that happens, I simply share what I am able to receive with honesty and care, and the reading remains a respectful and meaningful space.
